Fully qualified coaches
All Sport and Health Academy coaches are fully qualified, so you can ensure your pupils are in safe hands during our PPA P.E. cover lessons. Each member of our team has the following certification at a minimum:
- Enhanced DBS
- BSc sports related degree
- Recognised National Governing Body (NGB) Level 2 Coaching Certificate in a sport
- Level 2 Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate
- Level 2 Emergency First Aid Certification
If you’re looking for a coach with a specialism in a particular sport, we can help with this, or we can help to plan cover lessons covering a mix of sports, skills, and activities.

Safety is always at the forefront of everything we do, and we have comprehensive insurance in place to ensure we’re covered in the highly unlikely event that something goes wrong during one of our PPA P.E. cover sessions. We have the following insurance cover:
- Full insurance policy
- Public liability insurance
- Product liability insurance up to £5 million
- Employers’ liability insurance up to £10 million
- Professional indemnity insurance up to £5 million

Access to data
It’s important to work closely to ensure the best outcomes for your pupils, so we make it easy for headteachers and P.E. coordinators to access useful data. Your school will be given its own log-in details for our website, and you’ll be able to sign in and see a range of information, including session plans and assessment results, providing a full picture of what your pupils are achieving during our PPA P.E. cover lessons.
